U.S. sales and media outreach project to generate awareness of Brussels as not just business but leisure destination as well. Two events were planned and executed: media luncheon targeting business, finance, food, beverage, leisure and MICE journalists. The second was a travel agent reception/trade show featuring Belgian hotels, fashion and delicacies.

Media Luncheon
Our target for the media luncheon was 45 including representative from USA Today, journalists covering business/finance, food, international, and leisure, MICE and travel trade. We were able to secure 28 media attendees.
Photo Opp with Mayor Michael R. Bloomgerg Agency brokered photo opportunity with Mayor of Brussels and New York City.
  Tradeshow
The tradeshow was attended by 175 qualified travel planners, buyers and agents along with Belgian suppliers.
