office suite facilities to early stage technology-based

suites are pre-wired for Internet access and communications

partnership between Savanna Partners, The Moinian
Group and Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc.
Together the three entities comprise a portfolio
of more than 50 million square feet of commercial
space under management and ownership.
KickStart's first facility and flagship location
is a free-standing 45,000 square-foot building
located in the heart of New York's newest emerging
E-technology district at 535 West 34 th Street
in Midtown Manhattan. The location, dubbed KickStart
@34th launched September 2000. A second facility
soon followed in February 2001.
KickStart took the "Plug-N-Go" concept to new
levels by offering turnkey access to full service,
furnished facilities, as well as a synergistic
community of entrepreneurs, service providers,
and venture capitalists by creating a community
of emerging e-businesses. Through KickStart, tenants
are able to secure fully furnished office space
complete with multiple phone lines and high-speed
DSL Internet service - all in a matter of minutes. |
