leading journalists covering food, wine and travel. Additionally, Trica has served as judge of HSMAI’s Gold Bell Award competition and has won several of the awards; including the coveted 2007 Platinum Award for secure a multiple-page feature in Travel + Leisure on behalf of Sivory Punta Cana and Casa Colonial in Punta Cana and Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.
Carly Topol, Account Manager
Carly joins Trica Jean-Baptiste Communications with a diverse background in the public relations industry. Having worked with a travel and tourism public relations firm based in Atlanta as well as other experiences with the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) and a consumer-based public relations agency she has gained valuable experience in writing press releases, media pitching and agency projects. Carly's passion for travel and knowledge of the industry allow her to be successful in our Account Manager position.
Carly is a graduate of the University of Florida where she received a B.S. in Public Relations and is also an active member of the Public Relations Society of America. (PRSA).
Mike Schmitt, Account Executive
Mike joins us as Account Executive with public relations experience in a wide range of industries. He has an extensive track record of strategic editorial placements in print, broadcast and new media. Additionally, he has successfully launched media campaigns that have gained tremendous national exposure. Mike comes to us from public relations agency and Fox News.
Mike is a graduate of William Paterson University with a B.A. in Communications in New Jersey
